Paula was invited to join Tavaziva Dance, an exciting dance company which fuses contemporary and African dance roots in a compelling and striking way, for which Paula’s dance style was eminently suitable. She toured and performed in different continents.
Her work in the company, shown here in this photo by Hilary Shedel, attracted great critical acclaim.
Despite her success with Tavaziva, Paula then took the brave decision to leave Tavaziva in order to be able to pursue her own choreographic vision with her own company again Vortex Dance Theatre.
